Congratulations on signing up for our Rent Away™  program. By signing up for our program, your tenants will receive an added bonus! When they rent from you, part of your tenant's rent will go towards the closing costs when purchasing a home in the future. We will give them a $500 up front bonus to rent from you and 10% of his/her rent (maximum of 1% of mortgage loan up to $4000) each month will also be credited toward their closing costs when they purchase a home from one of our approved Rent Away™ licensed Real Estate Agents and finance through America’s Premiere Mortgage, Inc.™

Example: Tenant rents from you starting on Oct 1st and rents for two years. They pay $1000 a month in rent and they purchase a $290,000 home.

It is very easy to join and there is no cost! Just fill out the form and submit for approval. Once your company is approved, we will notify you via email and a personal phone call from the person that referred you to us.

By submitting the Rent Away™ application and being approved you are under no obligation to promote the program. To receive maximum results we recommend that you do promote this program to your tenants. America’s Premiere Mortgage, Inc.™ or the Rent Away™ sponsoring Realtor is not obligated to promote this program for your company.

America’s Premiere Mortgage, Inc.™ and our Rent Away™ sponsoring Realtor can terminate this program with 30 days notice to the Apartment Complex or Landlord. You and your company can also terminate this program with 30 days written notice. Also, this offer has no cash value to tenant or the Apt/Condo Complex and/or Landlord. The credits can only be applied to closing costs associated with the mortgage provided financing is performed by America’s Premiere Mortgage, Inc.™ and they utilize the services of our Rent Away™  sponsoring Realtor.

Only America’s Premiere Mortgage, Inc.™ is financially responsible to provide the credits toward closing costs to tenant. Any organization associated with the Rent Away™ is not financially responsible for the credits toward closing costs. This includes: Apt/Condo Complexes and/or Landlords. The tenant must be in good standings with the Apt/Condo Complex and/or Landlord to receive the credits toward closing costs.
