The following builders will match the Rent Away™ credit for closing cost you have accumulated while participating in the program if you have them build your new home!

Example:

You purchase a $200,000 home from the builder and have accumulated $2,000 in credits to be used towards your closing cost:

$200,000        Purchase Price of your new home
$     2,000       Rent Away™ Closing Cost Credits
$     2,000       Builders Bonus Subtracted from the Price

You only pay $198,000 for the home and still receive $2,000 in credits towards the closing cost!
