Q: How do I earn Credits?

Q: How can I use my Credits?

Q: What is the maximum amount of Credits I can redeem?

A: You can redeem Credits equal to 1% of your mortgage loan, up to $4,000. Example: If your mortgage loan is $150,000, you can redeem $1,500 in Credits toward closing costs associated with your mortgage loan. back to top

Q: Will my Credits expire?

A: As long as you are eligible to participate in America’s Premiere Mortgage Rent Away™ Program, your Credits will not expire. Your Credits expire when you redeem all or part of your Credits to finance the purchase of your home. back to top

Q: What if I have roommates?

A: Roommates can earn Credits too! All your roommate(s) have to do is enroll in America’s Premiere Mortgage Rent Away™ Program. Once enrolled, each roommate will begin to earn Credits for the total amount of the combined rent paid. Each person must enroll separately. Q: What if I want to buy a home before my lease expires?

Q: What if I move to a different Apt/Condo Complex and/or have a different Landlord after I enroll in America’s Premiere Mortgage Rent Away™ Program?

A: If you move to a different rental property all you need to do is update your rent profile. As long as you keep your rent profile current and remain eligible under America’s Premiere Mortgage Rent Away™ Program, you will continue to accumulate Credits as long as they are an approved apt/condo complex and/or landlord of the Rent Away™ program. back to top

Q: Is the company I rent from responsible for my Credits?

Q: What happens if I am behind in my rent or I do not leave in good standing with the company I rent from?

A: You will not receive the Credits toward closing costs until all past due rent is paid and current and you leave the company in good standing. back to top

Q: How does the Builder Bonus Program work?

A: The Builder Bonus Program is very simple to participate in. If you purchase a new home from one of our Rent Away™ builders and utilize America's Premiere Mortgage™ for your mortgage loan plus one of our approved associate Real Estate Agents the builder will match your credits toward closing cost. Example: You purchase a $200,000 home and accumulate $2,000 in credits to apply toward closing cost. The builder will take $2,000 off the purchase price of the home. So instead of paying $200,000 for the home you will pay $198,000! back to top

Q: Does my Apt/Condo Complex and/or Landlord have to be on the approved list to receive the benefits from the Builder Bonus Program?

A: No, just so you purchase the new home from the Rent Away™ Builder and utilize America's Premiere Mortgage™ for your mortgage loan plus one of our approved associate Real Estate Agents then your complex or landlord would not need to join as an approved associate. But, if you decide not to purchase a new home from the Rent Away™ builders then you cannot utilize the credits to purchase another home. Q: What happens after I enroll in America’s Premiere Mortgage Rent Away™ Program?

A: First: As soon as you enroll you will begin to earn credits for rent paid. Second: A representative of America’s Premiere Mortgage Inc.™ will contact you to begin the pre-qualification process. Pre-qualification will determine your credit standing and your borrowing limits. The earlier you start this process the more time you have to repair any credit issues, understand how much home you can buy, and become educated about the home buying process. Third: when you are ready to buy a home, the next step is pre-approval for a mortgage loan. America’s Premiere Mortgage Inc.™ will assist you throughout the pre-approval process. If you qualify for a mortgage loan under our partner’s lending, underwriting and credit standards, you will be pre-approved for a mortgage loan in a designated amount.
